Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Australia: 6–12 business days

  • Other countries: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as shipping may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after the order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Cleanizoo is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
